Indipristius 2000 LPH RO Plant
The 2000 LPH (Litres Per Hour) Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System is a high-performance industrial water treatment solution designed to produce up to 2,000 litres of purified water per hour. It is engineered to remove dissolved salts, harmful contaminants, bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, and suspended impurities, ensuring a continuous supply of safe, crystal-clear water for commercial and industrial applications.
Built with premium-grade components and a robust skid-mounted frame, the 2000 LPH RO System delivers reliable performance, low operating costs, and long service life. The system incorporates advanced multi-stage filtration technology that protects the RO membranes while maximizing purification efficiency and water recovery. It is suitable for both borewell and municipal water sources, subject to feed water quality.
The purification process begins with pre-treatment, where raw water passes through a Multi Grade Sand Filter to remove suspended solids, dirt, and sediments. An Activated Carbon Filter then eliminates chlorine, organic compounds, color, odor, and unpleasant taste. A Micron Cartridge Filter provides fine filtration to protect the high-pressure pump and RO membranes from fine particles.
The water is then pressurized by a heavy-duty high-pressure pump and forced through high-rejection RO membranes. These membranes effectively remove Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), dissolved salts, heavy metals, microorganisms, pesticides, chemicals, and other contaminants, producing high-quality purified water. The treated water is collected in a storage tank for further use, while rejected impurities are discharged through the reject line.
Designed for continuous operation, the system is equipped with user-friendly controls, pressure gauges, flow meters, conductivity/TDS monitoring (optional), and essential safety features for efficient monitoring and operation. The heavy-duty stainless steel or powder-coated MS skid provides durability and corrosion resistance, making the system suitable for demanding industrial environments.
The 2000 LPH RO System is ideal for a wide range of applications including packaged drinking water plants, food and beverage industries, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, restaurants, commercial kitchens, laboratories, textile industries, dairy plants, chemical processing units, bottling plants, and various manufacturing facilities requiring consistent, high-quality purified water.
